Ingredients

  • 250 g cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 100 ml milk
  • 6 large eggs (separated)
  • 140 g granulated sugar (divided)
  • 60 g cake flour (or sifted all-purpose flour)
  • 20 g cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar (or lemon juice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

Step 1 – Prep Pan
